NEO FC is a not for profit youth sports organization consisting of over 300 children ranging in age from 3 to 13, has dozens of volunteer coaches, and is open to individuals of all skill levels. Our sports program’s primary goal is to instill the values of teamwork, dedication, good sportsmanship and self reliance in our players.  The players reflect the rich ethnic diversity of the City of Philadelphia, and work together as one team to reach a common goal. No coach or board member is compensated to work with the children; we are an all volunteer organization.

NEO Soccer offers two tracks for our players.  Our travel teams compete throughout the city and surrounding suburbs, playing in the I.C.S.L., U.J.S.L, the Philadelphia Department of Recreation, and private organizations such as SoFive. The playing time for our travel teams can span several seasons and in addition to the standard fall season, they play indoors in the winter, spring outdoor soccer and local tournaments, for a total of nearly 60 games per year in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs for our top tier teams.

The intramural program plays the majority of their games at Burholme Park or Jardel Recreation Center, in N.E. Philadelphia, for the fall and spring seasons, and at local gyms during the winter indoor season.  In 2015 we started our first Spring Intramural Program cementing the full year round soccer experience with our club.  This program was a huge success, attracting many new players to the game and to our club. In 2018, we have revamped our Under 4 program, and are introducing the Little Feet in Tiny Cleats program, specifically dedicated to the growth and development of the youngest players.
